We offer 30-day returns on non-chemical items with a receipt, however, we cannot accept returns for pool chemicals due to a change in federal law. There are no refunds on special orders (all special orders must also be paid for upfront.) There is also a 25% re-stocking fee for large ticket items, including reserved pool kits.

Pool openings and closings are scheduled seasonally, with most openings in late April and closings in mid-September. Opening service includes algaecide, shock, and up to 30 minutes of cleaning. Additional cleaning or travel outside the Springfield area may incur added charges. Openings are designed to get your pool started for the season, and additional care may be needed to achieve clear water.
