Service, warranty, and billing information
At The Pool Center, we’re committed to providing high-quality service and products.
We understand that pool and spa issues can be frustrating, and we’re always here to help.
We ask that all interactions remain respectful so our team can continue to provide the best service possible. We reserve the right to discontinue service if inappropriate behavior occurs.
Many large items include manufacturer warranties, which are handled through the manufacturer and supported by The Pool Center.
Warranty coverage varies by product and brand, so we encourage customers to review their specific warranty details at the time of purchase.
Items such as heaters, hot tubs, liners, pools, robotic vacuums, and pumps often include manufacturer warranties. These typically cover defects, but do not include damage from chemicals, misuse, accidents, or improper care.
All labor performed by The Pool Center includes a one-year labor warranty.
This covers issues related to the original work performed, beginning on the date of service and applying once the invoice has been paid in full.
Warranty claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and apply to workmanship. Additional materials may not be included.
Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. We accept check, credit card, and cash.
Billing questions or service concerns should be addressed within 15 days of the invoice date.
If you’re experiencing difficulty with payment, we offer financing through GreenSky and may be able to arrange a payment plan.
Please contact us with any questions—we’re here to help.
Invoices more than 30 days past due may be subject to collections. Reminder notices will be sent prior to this step.
Once an account is referred to collections, applicable fees may be added and the account will be handled by the collection agency.
For large projects, including pool builds and liners, accounts may be subject to a mechanic’s lien as allowed by law.
